IN HOUSE OPERATIONS
We started operations of this project in July 2015. Operation carried out at 6,688 m2 inside our client's facilities; Our main activities are: reception of domestic and imported parts, storage of pieces by FIFO, selection process according to the daily production plan, direct delivery to the assembly line, receipt and storage of the finished product. The final product is sent to the United States of America according to our client's daily shipping plan. We have specialized personnel dedicated to the cleaning and shipping of returnable
containers. Administration and control of receiving and finished product yards. The supply of components includes the management and administration of 900 sku's that lead to the manufacture of approximately 24,000 automotive parts per month. Management, control and validation of operational processes through the use of mobile devices, and coupled with a powerful ERP System, ensure the proper handling of inventories and reports.
